LLTFF 4 Core (Step 3)


Welcome to the LLTFF Exercise Veteran 21-Day Home Fitness and Lifestyle Transformation Program! This program is designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle and increase your physical fitness. Each day you will be presented with a challenging exercise routine that will push you to the limit. You will experience various activities, including strength training, cardio, core training, and functional movement. You will also receive detailed nutritional advice, lifestyle advice, and motivation throughout the 21 days to keep you on track and motivated. You will begin the program with a full body assessment to determine your current fitness level and set realistic goals for the 21 days. You will then move on to a series of progressive workouts that are designed to gradually increase in intensity and complexity. You will use a variety of equipment including bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and dumbbells. You will also receive detailed exercise descriptions and instructional videos to ensure proper form and technique. You will also receive daily lifestyle advice to help you develop a healthier lifestyle. This advice will include tips on nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress relief, and more. You will also receive daily motivation to keep you on track and focused on your goals. At the end of the 21 days, you will have developed a healthier lifestyle and a higher level of fitness. You will be stronger, more energetic, and more confident in your abilities.
