LLTFF 4 Core (Step 4)


Welcome to the LLTFF Champion 30 Day Home Fitness Exercise and Lifestyle Transformation Program! Over the course of the next 30 days, you will embark on a journey to transform your body and lifestyle. You will start each day with an energizing 30 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout designed to increase your heart rate and burn fat. These workouts will incorporate bodyweight exercises, such as burpees, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks, as well as strength and resistance training with bands, weights, and kettlebells. You will also be encouraged to take part in 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise each day, such as walking, jogging, or cycling. You can also choose to participate in Active Stretching or Active Mental Health classes, or choose whatever you like, whenever you like! The program also includes a nutrition plan that focuses on eating healthy, whole foods and limiting processed foods. You can expect to learn how to make healthy and tasty meals that will provide your body with the energy it needs. You will also receive advice on how to make smart choices when eating out. Finally, you will learn how to make lifestyle changes that will help you maintain a healthier lifestyle once the program ends. You will be encouraged to practice mindful meditation, journal, and take part in other activities that will help you stay motivated and on track.
